AVA Angel Fund I is an early-stage venture fund designed to fill the gap in Taiwan’s early-stage funding landscape and establish a new investment model. This fund focuses on strategic and critical issues, continuously identifying early-stage investments with long-term value. It empowers high-potential startups, using Taiwan as a launchpad to seize global economic opportunities and build strategies for international success. In recent years, as industries rapidly evolve, investment strategies must also adapt accordingly. Angel investors bring rich entrepreneurial and industry experience, while venture capital funds offer structured investment processes and management. In 2020, AVA Angels was established as an angel investment organization, combining the strengths of angel investing and venture capital funds to create an innovative investment model.
AVA Sustainable Fund focuses on long-term expertise in digital and AI transformation, software services, the creator economy, and consumer technology. It aims to drive innovation and growth in these sectors. The word “Sustainable” in its name reflects a deep understanding of early-stage investing—supporting startups is a long-term journey that requires sustained commitment and strategic planning to continuously invest in the next generation of outstanding entrepreneurs. This is why the fund is dedicated to building a professional management team that systematically integrates resources and networks from angel investors.
